She has over twenty-four years of experience in HR and Consulting and was listed in 2019 by Forbes Woman Africa as a New Wealth Creator (female entrepreneurs who have created significant impact in their respective sectors by pioneering their organisation in generating new untapped streams of income) and HR Person of the year 2020 by HR People Magazine, Nigeria.

Ngozi is an International Coaching Federation Certified PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with over 1,200 coaching hours. As an Executive and Leadership Coach she leverages a combination of approaches in providing clarity and helps clients in achieving real, sustainable transformation.

She is an advocate for recycling as a key part of the circular economy and the creator of S.O.P. Box for Women, an on-the-go technology solution for the future-forward African Woman and women everywhere enabling a focus on Self, Organisation and Planet – S.O.P.

Ngozi is called to the business & education mountains of influence, has an assignment to empower women and be Morolake's Mum.
